Rye and Ginger Kits   

Kente fabric is this bright and busy fabric with primarily red, yellow and orange with a touch of black that ties in perfectly with the bias trim. African fabrics offer some great colour combinations and patterns - you don't have to be African to appreciate this kit.

Asian influence can mean alot of things - from dragons to peonies and fans to caracters. We're keeping these first kits easy by avoiding silk and rayon brocades that fray easily and sticking with printed cottons. Asian prints can be beautiful, elegant and they can be funky and fun there is great diversity in Asian prints.

Red and black are a classic colour combination especially when we think of Asia and these flowers reminded us of lotus flowers so it seemed only natural to place this beautiful kit in the Asian Influence section. This corset kits includes black casings and bindings.

Gingers favorite Grommet Kit can be found at both Farthingales and Vogue Fabrics, or you might find them at your local hardware store. BUT...be sure to get size "00" as these are small, many grommets are too big or too tiny.
